Group Therapy: Group therapy typically involves one or more therapists working with several people at the same time. Group therapy is sometimes used alone, but it is also commonly utilized as an adjunct therapy and supports the individual therapy process. All Group therapy participants will undergo an initial consultation with Loni to ensure this is the best group for you.

Loni is offering the following Groups through her practice in Golden, Valley, MN:

• Women with Chronic Illness/Medical Trauma:  Every other Wednesday 5:00-6:00pm
• Grief and Loss- Processing the recent loss of a family member: Dates TBD
